Why fabric
Most signage is a rigid board that fights the room. Printed fabric does the opposite — it drapes, it catches light, it moves a little when the doors open, and it reads as part of the styling instead of a rental propped on an easel.

Send your date, venue, and a rough list of what you think you need. You'll get a reply within two business days with a quote and honest advice about what to cut.

A custom proof built from your invitation suite, palette, and venue photos. Not a template with your names dropped in.

Two rounds of revisions included, and every name checked against a list you approve in writing. Nothing is printed until you sign off.

Deliver
Philadelphia-area weddings get hand delivery and on-site styling. Everywhere else ships flat and insured, packed to survive the trip.
When to book: eight to twelve weeks out is comfortable for a full set. Seating charts are the exception — those are finalized last, once your headcount is in, usually two to three weeks before. Rush work is possible; ask.

Before you inquire
How far in advance should I book?
Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a full set. Single pieces can often be turned around faster. Seating charts are the exception — those get finalized last, once your final headcount is in, usually two to three weeks out. That's expected, not a problem.
Can you match my invitation suite?
Yes, and it's the preferred way to work. Send the invitation, the fonts if you have them, or even just a photo of it. Matching the suite is what makes signage feel like part of the wedding instead of an add-on.
Fabric or acrylic — which should I pick?
Fabric for anything large, anything with color or pattern, and anywhere you want softness — welcome banners, seating charts, bar runners. Acrylic for smaller pieces, modern venues, and signs that need to stand on their own on a table. Tell me the venue and I'll tell you which I'd use.
What does it cost?

Do you set up at the venue?
For weddings in the Philadelphia area, yes — included. Everything is delivered and styled on site, so you don't have to hand a box to someone and hope. Outside the area, pieces ship with hardware and setup notes.
What if there's a typo or a last-minute change?
Every name is checked against a list you approve in writing before anything prints. Last-minute guest changes happen at every wedding — reprints of escort cards and place cards are quick and inexpensive, so tell me as soon as you know.
Do you do events other than weddings?
Bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and corporate events — yes, and often. Same process, usually a shorter timeline.
